Use & Care Guide

Before bonding, always ensure that surface is leveled and free from any type of oil, excess moisture, dust, grease & other contaminants

To avoid crack, it is recommended to NOT to cut at 90° angle. DO make a rounded cut at the corner after fixing the laminate.

Apply a coat of adhesive evenly on the surface that requires bonding with help of brush or paint roller.

Once the adhesive applied attains tackiness ( around 20 – 40 minutes ), the laminate should be place on the surface, accurately aligned and press down firmly to ensure proper bonding.

Ensure that no air gap or air bubbles remain in between the laminate and the surface during alignment and pressing

For proper bonding, the pasted portion must be kept under sufficient pressure for a period of 6 – 12 hours depending on surface and atmospheric conditions.

For cleaning, use clean, damp, non-abrasive cotton cloth and mild liquid detergent or household cleaner. Then rinse with clean water, using clean, non-abrasive cotton cloth.

DO NOT flood the laminate with water especially near seams, as water can penetrate and cause the substrate to swell. Dry the surface with soft, clean, non-abrasive cotton cloth.

Anti-bacterial & Anti-fungi Laminate is intended for application where there is a need for additional protection of the surface against bacterial/fungi. A very special resin formulation is applied over decorative surface paper to achieve high degree of bacteria growth resistances. The decorative paper is impregnated with the special Melamine resin and assembled with several layers of phenolic resin treated kraft paper and pressed under 90Kg/sq cm specific pressure and at about 150°c temperature for about 30 to 40 min.
